Ever have a sentence or phrase that you need in all caps? Or maybe it’s a title and you need each word capitalized? Rather than retype, select the section you want to change. On the Home ribbon in the Font group, click the drop-down menu for the Change Case menu.

Depending on the option, this menu allows you to make the following changes to your selected text.
- Sentence case: Capitalizes the first letter of a sentence while leaving all other letters as lowercase.
- Lowercase: Eliminates capital letters from your text.
- UPPERCASE: Capitalizes every letter.
- Capitalize Each Word: Capitalizes only the first letter of each word, leaving all other letters as lowercase.
- tOGGLE cASE: Switches between two case views (e.g., switches between Capitalization of Each Word to the opposite, cAPITALIZATION OF eACH wORD and vice versa).
